Admission Procudure

Requirements for the registration of LKG
a) A child who is 4+ years (4 – 5 years only) as on 31st March, 2024 can apply for admission to LKG in the current academic year, as per the norms of NEP 2020.
b) Birth Certificate: Date of Birth once given in the office will not be changed on any account whatsoever.
c) Baptism Certificate from the Parish (in the case of Christian children).
d) Birth Certificate from competent authority, such as Panchayat, Mahanagarapalika or Nagarpalika.
e) No other certificate from whatsoever source will be accepted.
f) The child to be registered must be accompanied by parents.
g) Stamp size photographs are to be affixed on the registration form and interview slip.
h) Those who are appearing for the registration shall be called for an interaction on the date informed.
i) Registration fee is Rs. 300.00 which is non-refundable.


Requirements for the registration of class UKG to IX
a) Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
b) Character Certificate
c) Application to class UKG to IX will be entertained only at the instance of vacancies in those particular classes, which will be announced when the session is resumed.
d) Stamp size photograph of the student is to be affixed on the registration form and interview slip.
e) The parents of the student shall necessarily be present to submit the registration form in the school.
f) Interview and Written Test will be taken in English, Mathematics, General Science/Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer and Hindi. 70% marks is compulsory in each subjects.


Requirements for the admission to class XI
a) Admission to class XI of the ISC course is not automatic for candidates who appeared/passes ICSE examination from this institution. Students are selected to class XI on the basis of:
i. Their consistent and good academic performance in the previous class IX AND X.
ii. A minimum of 75% of marks in the board exam.
iii. A good conduct and behaviour, and other social and personal qualities.
iv. IV. At least a 'B' grade awarded in the SUPW and community service.
v. Having at least 80% attendance in classes IX and X.
vi. At least 80% of marks in each subject opted for the ISC course.
b) Duly filled registration forms shall be submitted in the office of the school within the stipulated time along with the necessary requirements. The requirements are: Attested copies of:
i. Statements of marks - ICSE exams.
ii. Progress report of class-IX
iii. Progress Report of class-X
c) There are two streams offered in ISC COURSE. The groups will be decided on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the subjects in the preliminary / model exams and ICSE exams.
d) The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to anybody without assigning any reason.
e) Applications of the students from outside will be considered only in the case of vacancy that is after considering the students from this institution.
f) 6. Students from other boards will be considered; provided:
i. There is availability of seats
ii. They secure stipulated marks in the subjects they opt for
iii. They pass in the written test in English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology
iv. The selection committee finds them suitable after they obtain Eligibility certificate from the Council for the Indian school certificate Examination (New Delhi).
